We welcome you to Playa Royale, one of the finest resort developments in Nuevo Vallarta. Our spacious 7th floor oceanfront studio unit eagerly awaits your visit. Perched high in Tower 1, this unit has uninterrupted and unparalled views overlooking shimmering palm trees, cobalt blue pools and the endless Pacific Ocean. And did we mention the sunsets……?
During your stay, enjoy all that Playa Royale offers in terms of the beautiful and immaculately manicured grounds, secured buildings and on-site amenities. Adjacent to Tower 1 is the Beach Club which offers food and drink pleasures. If your stay is 2 weeks or longer, you can reserve oceanfront palapas on the beach for your comfort and relaxation. For shorter stays, there are eleven first-come first serve palapas on the back row for you to enjoy (more details below on this). Right out your doorstep is the gorgeous Banderas Bay and literally miles of the most beautiful and walkable beaches to be found. Shopping, dining, water activities and fitness opportunities abound in the immediate area, and are easily within walking distance or a short shuttle/cab ride.
Our newly, and sharply decorated unit offers the finest in contemporary Mexican design. The key features of the unit are its spaciousness, openness, light and, of course, the terrace. Inside you will find a king size bed, 50” TCL smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and custom-made furniture. The unit also has a secured parking place for those with cars. But for sunset lovers, you will find it difficult to leave the terrace before the sun goes down!

Note#1: In these pictures you see approximately 200 beachfront palapas. These palapas belong to the Paradise Village Beach Club (PVBC), not Playa Royale. As of Nov. 2022, the PVBC updated their rules on palapa reservation for Playa Royale renters who have less than a 2 week stay by restricting palapa usage to 11 palapas on the back row of the beach on a first-come, first-serve basis. In the unit, we provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that you can take closer to the ocean if desired.
For those guests staying 2 weeks or longer, you will need to purchase a social membership ($30 USD per week pp) to have your choice of any of the 200 palapas using their daily reservation system. This membership also allows you access to the beach club pool (by the food palapa), beach towels, boogie boards and access to the gym (1/2 mile away).
If you do not care about using a palapa or the gym, then you do not need to purchase a social membership.
Note #2: Effective Jan. 15, 2023, Mexico has established a complete ban on smoking in public spaces including hotels, parks and beaches. This ban includes all of Playa Royale and surrounding beaches except a small area on the NE corner of the property.
Note #3: There are 2 “remodeling seasons” in which owners can make updates to their condos so there may be some extra construction noise from 10:00 to 5:00: May 1 to June 15th and Aug. 15th to Sept. 30th.

This 1 Bedroom Condo provides accommodation with Wheelchair Accessible, Spa, Sports/Activities, for your convenience.
